Abeja Coffee Roasters is a specialty roastery and café tucked into the creative corridor of East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We source single-origin coffees from Latin American farms — El Salvador, Colombia, Guatemala — and roast small batches in-house at 349 Scholes St. If you're riding the L, we're your stop.
Every bag starts with traceable, relationship-sourced green coffee from Latin America. We focus on approachable profiles — naturally processed beans with fruit-forward notes, washed lots with clean brightness, and seasonal single origins that rotate as harvests come in. Espresso, filter, cold brew — all roasted and brewed on-site.
