How We Source

Every coffee we roast starts with a relationship. We work directly with farms across El Salvador, Colombia, and Guatemala — buying traceable lots from producers who prioritize quality at the farm level. No blends with mystery origins, no commodity coffee dressed up in nice packaging. What's in the bag is what we say it is.

Freshness

We roast in small batches so nothing sits. Bags are shipped or available for pickup within days of the roast date — not weeks. We mark every bag with the roast date so you know exactly what you're getting. For the best cup, brew within four weeks of the roast date.
